My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are dying young and we need to make change!

We've all been hurt in the aftermath of suicide, witness to the horror, the guilt and the shame. I want to make a stand against men taking their lives and pushing for a better world, together by helping these great charities and having these confronting conversations we are making a difference.

Every man saved is a whole community around him spared from the worst possible grief. We do this for our brothers, our sons, our fathers and our mates. So they can still be there for their families and communities.

It's not weak to speak!
