Its been a shit year and mental health is more important now than ever.

Movember has been great in raising awareness and getting men talking. Who knows, just having a simple checkin with a mate might be life changing.

What a difference a day makes! Yesterday I was dodging the sun and today I was dodging the snails!

Had 30mins before needing to get dinner ready so thought I would sneak in a 5km run, whilst representing my Mo-team #Enviropacific. But wasn’t prepared and my technology wasn’t charged! So lost music half way through then my watch stopped, luckily was able to continue to log with my phone!

I’ve been so humbled by the donations! Every little counts, even if you want to donate 10¢/km then that’s still amazing! X
Ps. the 2nd half on my phone was logged as a walk - i promised I ran!!
