Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Mental health has always been close to my heart for many reasons. 2020 has been an unimaginable year, with mental health being compromised, openly and in the shadows.

Join me in marching 60 km in November (or support me) to stand up for our dads, bros, partners, sons and mates, to look after themselves, talk openly about how they feel, and prioritising their well being.

Special love sent to the men & boys in my life - my dad (Ali), partner (Mehrab), mini (Niko) and my best guy friend (Iman). I love you!
