My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention
Men's health

With all that is going on in the world today and the many challenges that people face, looking after our mental health has never been more important. Mental health awareness, particularly for men, is something that I'm very passionate about. Whilst I have experienced some very low periods in my life, I have been fortunate in being able to access support and come out the other side.

Unfortunately this is not the case for a lot of men in Australia and it's hard to comprehend that we lose 60 men to suicide each hour, every hour across the world. However, I believe that we're starting to see some significant change when it comes to talking about mental health, and together we can make a difference for men's health to help stop men dying too young.

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them with the team at my workplace - The Biomechanics. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
