My motivation

Fundraising for cause areas including:

Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

6 years ago was a rollercoaster ride for me. Prostate cancer was not in my life plan. A simple PSA test alerted me to the issue, and after going through the operation, i was so grateful for the support of my family, friends and workmates.
After many years of donating to Movember, i joined the team, to help raise the awareness of Men's Health. I thought that one of the best ways, was to walk to all of the stores in my group in 2020, to say thank you for the support.
So i walked to all 12 stores over 2 days totalling 60km.
Over the following years, this became a fantastic yearly event. Many friendships were made, and all to raise the awareness of a simple check.
So get your head in the right space. Find out your starting PSA Score with a simple blood test. Then get a yearly check and listen to your doctor to monitor any differences. Early intervention has incredible results.
Sticking your head in the sand and thinking everything will be alright is where we struggle as males. No more struggling guys!!!
