Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in mental health, suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer.

Help me stop men dying too young. Let's break the stigma of mental health. Let's stop suffering in silence.

Hey old friend, ive taken your advice and spoken to someone to ask how theyre doing, someone who ive lost touch with but always felt they may be struggling and wanted to see again. I admire what youre doing here, its been a great reminder for me to ask loved ones how theyre doing as well. Hope that mo gets a strong sprint to the finish line, its looking a bit short!
