My motivation

This year I’m taking part in Movember because men’s mental health is something that’s close to my heart. I’ve seen firsthand how tough it can be for men to open up when they’re struggling — whether it’s friends, family, or my own experiences.

Too many guys feel like they have to keep things bottled up, and that silence can be dangerous. By growing a mo this month, I’m hoping to start conversations, raise awareness, and support the incredible work Movember does to help men get the help they deserve.

Dave, hope you’re well. I hope our donation helps. Both Katherine and I think perhaps better to shave it off. I tried a Mo once after I did the whole beard look and it lasted less than 5 min. Great work. Hopefully we can catch up in 2021. We have a spare room with lots of room for the kids.
