Mental health and suicide prevention

Let's face it... I haven't shaved my face fully for about 18 years because I look like a little boy..... But mental health is something very close to me and runs in my family. I'm doing this to raise awareness for men's mental health and to say to all men out there that it's OK to not be OK... and to everyone else around us to show support and encourage men to speak up! We need to stop our Fathers, Sons, Brothers, Mates, Grandfathers and Uncles dying too young!
