My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Testicular cancer
Prostate cancer
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

At 67 years young my Dad lost his battle with Prostate Cancer. At 37 years young, my husband lives with depression.

4 years ago I embarked on a journey to get comfortable with being uncomfortable, completing over 13,000 Burpees across the month of November in this time. We started a movement and one that has started many conversations around Prostate Cancer awareness, how globally, more than 1.4M men are diagnosed each year and how a simple blood test and early detection can save the men in our lives dying too young.

Last year I ran 42km with Team Movember in the NYC Marathon - not only for my dad, but my husband. Mental Health & Depression is something that so many men live with but find it hard to speak up about. Globally, 1 man dies by suicide every minute and this has to stop. As a female, I want to help start conversations that so many men struggle with because YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
