This Movember I'm raising money to help bring about change in the face of men's mental health. I plan to run 60km over a month to bring about awareness. A quarter of men say they would not seek help from anyone for mental health concerns. Let's help reduce these statistics by checking in regularly. Together we can make a difference for men's health by raising awareness.
