My motivation

Fundraising for cause areas including:

Mental health and suicide prevention

This Movember my family, friends and I will be raising funds towards men's suicide prevention in memory of my brother Chris, with the hope of encouraging others to either speak out or pass on these types of messages to their loved ones before it's too late.

One thing we have learnt is that it’s okay to be upset or sad and talking and starting the conversation with others about those feelings is crucial. Get talking!
