My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health.

I've struggled with mental and physical health in the past and especially since a coeliac disease diagnosis in 2020, dealing with anxiety and depression. I'm growing a mo to raise awareness and to urge men to seek help for both their physical and mental health.

This mo is for every man who has struggled with their physical or mental health. It's okay to not be okay. Reach out if you need help. The alternative isn’t worth it. Donate a few dollars to this great cause!
