I am a mother of two boys and married to a good and honest man. I signed up to support their health and well-being.

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.

Full body weight training with my personal trainer who’s job was not to be nice to me.

I am grateful to have joined this challenge because it has actually helped me to get back into my previous routine and be accountable on my activities. Never thought that I would go past 300kms of physical activities in November when Melbourne was just coming out from lockdown. I am not yet at my previous levels and being kind to myself is acknowledging that one day I will. Thanks Medibank Mo for this great opportunity to be a Mo sister.
