Hi Emma,

I'm the guy that sent you flowers earlier in the year, I had a vibe that you were in a bit of a dark place at the time and needed a little bit of sunshine (apologies if I got that wrong and enjoyed them anyway).

Seems fitting then to support you in this cause, as a man and because it's important to you. 10k a day for 30 days will be a great effort, I'll go old school and sponsor you $1 for every k, so that's $300.
