My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

I'll be cycling 100km a day, every day, throughout the month of November, for Movember! 3000km in the month. It'll give me something to do whilst I wait for the 'tache to grow!

Why? There have been times in my life where I was depressed, and as a man, and an English man, I felt like I had to keep it bottled up. Stiff upper lip and all that.
Sport rescued me often, football and specifically cycling. Cycling is an individual pursuit in many ways but there is also a social side to it that many of us hold very dear. No matter where you are in the world, no matter whether you speak the country's language or not, if you meet a cyclist, you can communicate through your passion and love for the bike.

'Cycleish', I call it.

There are so many of us that would not even like to imagine life without our bicycles.

So, that's why! I'll be cycling alone often but also expecting to be joined by many of my bike buddies here in Taipei.

If you feel so inclined, please follow the link and donate, many thanks!

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young. Help me, help us, raise some cash for a very worthy cause ;-) Thank you!

Proud of you for making it through this, especially cos the tache must affect your aerodynamics so much. Are you keeping it?

Hey Lee,
Cycleish is a fantastic way to sum up your motivation and i will be sharing this amongst by lyrca buddies. You have inspired me to remove the cobwebs from my bike and give it a go. I once struggled to ride around Central Park so not sure how far i will get!
CONGRATULATIONS on hitting $1000! A big thanks to you and those who have rallied behind your efforts so far - every dollar helps tackle mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer. Only $29 and you're in the Platinum Club!
Keep up the awesome work.
