My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.

My personal motivation for participating this year is to support mental health and suicide prevention. As with many people I know, I have had way too much direct and indirect contact with these types of issues and have seen too many good people lost as a result. I genuinely believe that if we can generate more conversation about these issues so that people who need help feel safe asking for it (or those that see signs feel comfortable and confident asking others those important questions), then we will see less tragic loss in this space.
