My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Having battled with my own mental health journey with Depression back in 2017 and then most recently Anxiety in 2021. I wanted to start raising awareness for mental health that:
1. Its okay to not be okay.
2. Do not suffer in silence, people would much rather help you get better than not have you around anymore.

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.
