My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Help me stop men dying too young.

This year I’m shaving my beard (for the first time in six years) and growing a mo to help raise awareness of men’s mental health, the importance of sharing how we’re feeling with those around us and not staying silent, and reaching out when we need help. I'm also going to be Moving 60km over the month to represent the 60 men we lose to suicide every hour globally.
