I'll be attempting to run 60km over the month and my God do I hate running, so this is a legitimate fundraiser. Donate for some inspiration and see if I make it!

The rate of male suicide is alarmingly high: 3 out of 4 suicides in Australia are by men - which is a horrific statistic.

Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, helping to support the men who are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence.
