My motivation

This year I’m raising funds for Movember to help Movember continue to do the critical work of helping men live happier and healthier lives.

Our programs that support Men’s mental health, prostate and testicular cancer support are critical in this day and age.

Men’s health is in crisis and we need everyone’s help to turn the tide and get men talking, engaging and acting on their health.

Well, now there’s something I can do, and I need your help. Let’s normalise men being proactive about their mental and physical health. Let’s do this!
