My motivation

Movember is a reminder for me that a stable mental health is not a given, and we can all do our bit, not just this month but every month of the year, to support a mate who may be going through a lesser period in his life. Only by being there for one another, and being able to listen and be vulnerable, can we find a way for all men to deal with difficult emotions. Let's support the Movember cause to ensure everyone has someone who will listen when they need it most.
