Men's health

Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

This is my second year supporting Movember. I think it is a great cause. Young men are feeling isolated and powerless in a world that has become too much about "the brand". Many feel left behind and invisible. Men of all ages tend to ignore their physical and mental health until it is too late.
My own journey travelled down this path. I feel lucky to be here after fighting off cancer three years ago. Depression and isolation were almost overwhelming at times and took me to dark places, but I was lucky and had support. Some people aren't so lucky - so I want to get behind them and provide support through great charities like Movember. It's also a lot of fun and a chance to get together and cheer everybody up with some silly mo bro pics!
