Hey there my names Luke. My motivation behind joining Movember comes from 2021 where I was diagnosed with testicular cancer resulting in surgery and the loss of one of my testicals. Since then I have been participating in movember either through growing a Moe or by movement. My goals for this year is to raise over $500 and complete more then 100 kilometres in walking, running or riding!

day 3 progress, did you know that testicular cancer is most diagnosed between the ages of 20 to 39. did you also know that testocular cancer can form without any symptoms of pain and can include small hard lumps or swelling in the testicle.
my one came from pain that i ignored for a few days as i absolutely hate going to the doctors and i know it feels embarassing asking the doctor to look at your balls but i sucked it up and luckily i didnt leave it to long! i was diagnosed after 2 days of scans and opted for the surgery on the 3rd day. also lucky for me is that with many follow-ups, i didn't have any tumour markers post surgery and didn't need to do chemo! please check your nuts, dont be embarrassed, and get them checked! feel free to Donate to the fundraiser https://movember.com/m/14809591?mc=90
