Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

I have been through and lost friends to depression. The focus that movember can bring to the discussion of something we often don't talk about enough is the reason i shave my beard only once a year.

Men's health issues are very important to me, being a single father to a young boy, I want him to grow up to know that support is out there.
