My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Suicide is one of the leading causes of death for men around the world. According to the World Health Organisation, an estimated 703,000 people take their own lives each year. Over half of these people are men. According to Lifeline Australia, 8 people die from suicide each day in Australia alone. 75% of those suicides are from men. Not enough is done to raise awareness and support for those who need it. Most wouldn’t even know that May is mental health awareness month.

So let’s raise not just money but awareness this month and during May next year for not only men’s mental health, but for those who suffer from testicular cancer, prostate cancer, and overall men’s health.

You don’t have to give much, or anything. Simply running or walking 60kms this month, starting a Mo-Ment, growing a legendary Mo, or doing it your own way all goes further than you could ever imagine to helping those in need.
If you do decide to donate money, donate whatever you can. No amount is too small. It all goes towards preventing one of the worst silent killers in the world. Whether it be $1 or $100, your donation will always be greatly appreciated.
