Men's health
Testicular cancer

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.

I have recently had a relapse in my own mental health journey and realise the importance of awareness. Thanks to a beautiful phycologist I am back on the road to recovery. Finding the right person to talk to is invaluable to men's mental health.
I have also had a scare with testicular cancer. Never thought I would have so many men have my balls in their hands.
It never ceases to amaze me how Mental has such a large impact on our lives, both physical and general well being.
Please spare as thought for your fellow man there may be something the he is hiding because it not macho to reveal it.
