Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Help me stop men dying too young.

Hey Zac, thought I’d drop by to say a big hairy thanks for flying the flag for men’s health this year.
You’re smashing your fundraising all in the name of a bloody important cause – to help men live happier, healthier and longer lives. Looks like great progress on the grow, just watch out the Mo Police might come knocking to help with the below the lips stubble ;) There’s still plenty of fun to be had this Hairy Season so keep it up legend.
