My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

The rate of suicide amongst men is particularly concerning, and I've known too many people in my life who have lost their lives to suicide. We're too scared to talk about it for fear of making everyone uncomfortable.

Well I'm here to make myself uncomfortable and challenge myself to a minimum of 20 push ups a day. But Megan, why so little? Well here's a little backstory. I have next to no upper body strength - this is because I did really no exercise once I left school and made it worse with a surgery 8 years ago. About 6 months ago, my maximum was 2 - now I'm nearing 10, but my maximum is about 20 before I'm about to pass out.

Now here's where we can make a real difference to Men's health and a bonus - my strength.

For the low low price of $10, I'll do 20 push ups and I'll film myself doing it. For every additional $2 donation, I'll do a special push up that you nominate - this can be a clap in between, one handed, maybe even handstands! Get on Youtube and get creative - I'll try anything once! Leave a message with your donation and let me know what my next challenge is.

I'll be starting off this month on my knees, but the goal is by November 30 to be on my toes!
