My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

After being affected directly and indirectly by poor mental health I was inclined to take the Mo off again for another year and raise funds for Movember and men's mental helath. I will be raising funds through hosting another music Gig and running 6K a day to create conversations Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
