Monkeybiking across the Mongolian outback for Men’s Mental Health Awareness #MoMovember

For #Movember this year, as I can't quite grow an epic moustache, I'm taking on a “solo” challenge - riding a “monkey bike” across the Mongolian outback for 10 days!

Starting at Khövsgöl, I'll be navigating the rugged outback, wild camping all the way to the Gobi Desert, relying solely on what I can carry on my back, all for a good cause!

It's time we shattered the silence around men's mental health. All too many men endure their struggles in solitude, 'toughing it out' behind closed doors.
