This isn’t just about running the New York City Marathon…

I’ve seen how movement creates connection. How a run, a shared session, or even a simple conversation can open the door to something deeper. The kind of conversations that don’t always happen, but need to.

Movement has shown me how powerful connection can be. It creates space for honesty, vulnerability, and support in ways words alone often can’t.

Movember’s mission to challenge stigma around men’s health matters, because too many people are still doing life on their own.

If this marathon helps spark more conversations, more check ins, and more people feeling seen and supported, then every step is worth it.
