My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

This year, I’m taking part in Movember for men’s mental health — something deeply important to me. Regardless of sexuality, men often struggle to talk about their problems, and that silence can lead to serious mental health issues.

Every minute, a man dies by suicide somewhere in the world — that’s over 60 men every hour.

As an openly gay man, I see it every day — within my community, in the workplace, and among people in my network. It upsets me that so many men still feel they just have to “get on with it.” The truth is, health comes first and foremost, and life is far too short to carry it all alone.

Let’s be champions of ourselves and of each other — regardless of sexuality or gender. If you’re able to, please consider donating. Every contribution helps fund vital programs that remind men they’re not alone and that it’s okay to ask for help.
