My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Let's face it; we'd rather talk about sports and beer than what's really bugging us. In Australia 3 in 4 suicides is committed by a male. It is not the cultural norm for men to recognise when they are struggling and I am willing to make an effort to change that.
