My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Everybody has their highs and lows. I went through a really rough patch just over a year ago where I considered taking my own life.
Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men.
To all the Mo-bros I know, please join me in the quest to raise awareness for Men’s Mental Health and show off your best Mo
