Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Help me stop men dying too young by encouraging them to get help and to start talking to their friends and family.

Prepared and ready, first time the beard has been gone since Movember 2011. My daughter who is almost 10 has only just seen me without the beard for the first time ever... boy was she surprised!
