Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

This Movember I'll be growing a Mo and punching out 6,000 pushups across the month (200 a day) to remember the 60 men lost to suicide every hour, across the world.

On average, men die 4.5 years earlier than women, and from largely preventable causes. One man dies by suicide every minute, of every day, with males accounting for 69% of all suicides.

I'm particularly passionate about men's mental health, men's anxiety and depression and the links between these and other mental health issues and substance misuse and addiction. Suicide is the biggest killer of people under the age of 35 and the biggest killer of men under the age of 50. These deaths are preventable and we can do so much more to prevent them.

Movember is the world's leading charity, working everyday to change the face of men's health. Movember has funded over 1,300 men's health programs, improving the lives of hundreds of thousands of men across the globe.

Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. If you can, please chip in to help improve health outcomes and stop men dying too young.
