My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I'm raising funds and awareness this Movember for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives. I need your help. Please donate to support men's health.

Personally, exercise has always been the most effective way for me to keep my mental health in check. I'm hoping to do as many pushups as possible over the month with a target of 1,500. Hope this motivates others to keep moving and look after their mental health.
