My motivation

Fundraising for cause areas including:

Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

On Christmas Day 2022, I lost my Dad to suicide. This November, he would have turned 60.

Sadly, I have too many of my close friends who have lost their fathers in the same circumstances too.

The statistics are alarming, globally 60 men lose their lives to suicide every hour of every day.

So with that number 60 in mind, I am challenging myself to run 60KM in 24hrs on Nov 23-24

A distance I have never run in one week, let alone one day. This is will be both a mental and physical challenge for me but I am doing it in hope to raise $6,000 for Movember.

I would love your support, whether that is by donating here or supporting on the day. If you are up for it, even running with me some of the way on 23 November.

Let’s stop the men in our lives from dying too young.
