My motivation

Fundraising for cause areas including:

Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

I lost my dad to suicide in December 2022, and my world flipped. I knew I couldn’t stay quiet, so I started moving for men’s mental health. We’re losing far too many men too soon, and I’m on a mission to change that.

In 2023, I founded the Run For Resilience - a community charity run that began on the Gold Coast. What started small as a tribute to my dad has grown into something powerful. Over the past three years, we’ve united hundreds of runners across multiple cities, raising more than $25,000 for mental health, and proving that movement and community can change lives.

This year I’ve created the MO.ve For Resilience 60km / 24hr Challenge - for every fitness lover, team, and community wanting to make an impact. Together, we’ll run, walk, ski, or row 60km in 24 hours. Take it on solo or with your crew. I will be taking it on myself with a 24hr MO-Athlon challenge: 60km run, 60km ski, and 60km row.

I do this for my dad. I do this for every man we’ve lost. And I do this for anyone who feels like they’re carrying it all alone - because no one should have to.

Supporting Movember means starting real conversations, backing our mates, and showing that together we can make a difference. This is just the beginning and I’m not stopping until we change the game for men’s mental health.
