Men's health

A healthy man can offer more to their community as part of that ripple effect…

Mental health and wellbeing have been very important, especially in the last few years getting life changing news that I can’t have kids and learning how to cope and deal with that.

Learning how to be kinder to myself and talking to my support network has been key, as well as taking the steps to see a therapist. For people that don’t have this support network it can be a real struggle, so I’m raising money so that people who need to access this can as it’s been really important for me and raising awareness so that the next generation can have the tools to be best versions of themselves.

Movember is leading from the front and the cash raised gets put into programmes that make a real difference!
