My motivation

Earlier this year I lost someone who was not just a work colleague but one of my best mates to mental health. In his honor and to help work towards preventing the terrible tragedy of suicide I am raising money for Movember. This month I will be doing 6000 burpees in representation to show you can get off the ground and back onto your feet. Men's mental health is a subject I hold close to my heart, and I hope that I can help contribute towards a change in the stigma that it is "too weak to speak."
