Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

I’m joining the Movember movement to help support the physical health, mental health and suicide prevention of men in Australia.

I’ve faced my own significant mental health challenges over the years, and I’ve felt incredibly grateful to have had access to both personal and professional support.

I want all men in our community to know there is always someone to help them through whatever challenges they may be facing - there is no need to suffer in silence.

We all need to help one another feel more safe and confident about speaking up and sharing our vulnerabilities.
