Testicular cancer

Testicular cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in young men! Movember is working to reduce the number of deaths from testicular cancer, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.

November is very triggering for me and my family after the last few years.
In November 2022 was my first diagnosis received confirming I had Testicular Cancer. This was treated with urgent surgery to remove the cancer.

In November 2023 – Diagnosis confirmed the cancer had come back again and moved into my lymph nodes. Subsequent treatment involved 2months of chemotherapy.

Now in remission, November 2025 is on my terms - So I’ll be doing my bit this year, and focussing on the following key areas:

1) Fellas – we need to Get comfortable being uncomfortable!

I’ll be hosting Mens Health chats sharing my story and getting those uncomfortable conversations started, throughout the month (reach out if you or your business would like to get involved)!

2) We also need to start being more active and making good healthy decisions - get back in the driving seat!

I’ll be doing the ‘10k a day’ challenge each day throughout November (total 300km), and going to get others involved in any way they can - Watch this space!

To support the cause please join me to tackle this head-on and kick Testicular Cancer right in the nuts this year!

Jump onboard, and get moving!

Here is my running schedule, showing where and how people can get involved!

4 Week(s) Ago

Getting close now - I’ll be putting up a running schedule shortly for those jumping onboard! No expectation for pace / fitness etc, other than to get off the couch and get moving!!

For those who aren’t / can’t joking along with the exercise this month, I’m relying on you to get those creative juices flowing, and throw up some Movember challenges! Each challenge will need to be accompanied with an appropriately sized donation to compensate for the pain / suffering / embarrassment!

Note: As donations can be made privately, not all donations are displayed to the public.
