My motivation

I'm raising funds and awareness this Movember for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives.
With two young (soon to be teenage) boys I want to ensure that resources, knowledge and help is available for all men who are faced with mental health issues now and in the future.
I see so many young happy faces of kids I coach in footy and cricket but understand life will not always be as simple, fun and enjoyable. When times get tough, I want Movember (and their related programs) to be a resource and outlet these boys, who will soon be men, can turn to and find the help they may require.
To raise funds, as well as growing one of the world’s most pathetic mo’s, I will set myself to run a minimum of 60km during November.
(60 being the number of men who are lost to suicide every hour globally).
Any donation is much appreciated, or better still, create your own Mo Space and join me on the journey this November!
