My motivation

I’m doing Movember because men’s health is an issue that often doesn’t get the attention it deserves. I’m raising awareness for prostate cancer, mental health, and suicide prevention—issues that affect so many men. It’s a chance to start conversations that could save lives and help break the stigma around men’s health. I want to support research and programs that provide better treatments and support for those in need. Taking part in Movember is my way of contributing to something bigger and encouraging others to take their health seriously. Every bit of awareness helps.
