My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them as I have done a number of times over the years.

Men often don't think about timely preventative health measures and ignore symptoms until health issues surface. By that stage little can be done, except via medical intervention and it is often at this time that you appreciate health is one of the most important factors to leading a full life.

Illness, including mental illness, are affected by a number of factors, including environmental and lifestyle choices and are dynamic processes that begin before individuals realise they are affected yet alot can be done to proactively mitigate some of these sources via ongoing education, purposeful communication and proactive support. Together we can get the message out and help make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
