This year, Movember means a bit more to me. Now that I’m a dad, I’ve started thinking more about what it really means to be the best version of myself — for my family, my mates, and the people around me.

Over the years I’ve learned how important it is to stay connected and to actually reach out when things feel heavy. Too many men still try to push through in silence, and it doesn’t have to be that way.

I’m growing the mo to start more conversations, to check in with others, and to remind myself that looking after our mental and physical health matters — not just for us, but for the people who rely on us.
