Hi Everyone

If anyone knows me well they know how much I've struggled with mental health and everything that unfortunately goes with it most of my life up until the last couple of years due to so so many different reasons and the affect it has on the people around you . You and your friends / family.

But now I've climbed that mountain and successfully got to the other side thanks to alot of hard work from myself and couple really good mates and my dad .
I can now be the best me and the real me who has been hidden away

So there is nothing more i would love but too help anyone get to the other side of their mountain too I really would
So I'm growing a thick stash to help raise awareness and have some FUN at the same time
You got to have some fun

As you all know I love to chat and share about most things but most men keep everything hidden away and a secret but trust me that is the worst thing to do
So please speak up its not weak to speak or show emotion lads we are all here to listen and help Male or Female we all care

I know cash is a hard thing to let go these days with everything the way it is but if anyone can spare a donation it could help save a young man who needs help
I would super appreciate it I really would

Let's change the face of men's mental health and well-being together
I'm going to start the total at $1000 and hopefully get more than that !
