I'm at the half-way point and have grown a Mo for the first half of Movember. I don't like the Mo, nor does my wife, so I'm switching to running for half 2. Exercise is so important for mental health.

Day 22 - Well, after being de-motivated last week because I didn't like having a hairy upper lip, I happy that I switched tack. If anything, it shows how important it is for mental health to be aware when something isn't right and to address it, even if that means changing course on a commitment. Now I'm happily running my way through the 2nd half of Movemeber. 17 of 50 kms done.

Day 15 - The half-way mark! I must say whilst the Mo is doing its job and encouraging discussion about Movember, there have been Mo-ments where I've been tempted to Mo-w it off! I have considered whether it would be Mo-ral to get rid of it early. I still am as it's becoming more annoying by the day. I don't know how people live with Mo's all the time. Must get used to it I guess. Anyway, this post is about sharing feelings, which I'm doing now, as talking about feelings is really important for mental health, and something men don't do enough of.

Day 8 - Mo-tion - There's definitely some motion in the Mo as it continues to grow. Speaking on motion, the importance of keeping active and the effects of activity on mental health cannot be underestimated. The weekend is coming, so get out and get Mo-ving!
