Day 22 - Well, after being de-motivated last week because I didn't like having a hairy upper lip, I happy that I switched tack. If anything, it shows how important it is for mental health to be aware when something isn't right and to address it, even if that means changing course on a commitment. Now I'm happily running my way through the 2nd half of Movemeber. 17 of 50 kms done.

I'm at the half-way point and have grown a Mo for the first half of Movember. I don't like the Mo, nor does my wife, so I'm switching to running for half 2. Exercise is so important for mental health.
