My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, mental health and suicide prevention.

I've lost far too many friends & colleagues to mental health and suicide and would like to help to raise some awareness and support. This one sits close to my heart so I'm grateful to be able to help in anyway and do something small.
The aim of my goal is to show that a small effort each day can change any situation and especially Mental Health. No problem is too big that can't be fixed with small and tiny steps just like my small effort each day for the month of November.

Any donation is very much appreciated and as always I am here to listen to anyone that may be feeling down or worried about something.
