Running the New York Marathon is a huge personal challenge, but doing it for Movember makes it something bigger. Men’s health is often pushed aside, and too many are struggling in silence. This marathon isn’t just about crossing a finish line — it’s about starting a conversation. I’m running to raise awareness, break the stigma, and push for real change in men’s health. Every step is for those who need it most.
